How To Shop

Looking for new crystals to add to your collection? There are three ways you can shop with Gem Fatale:

1. website

The obvious - here on our website! But we haven't always had a site. In fact, our website launched on August 8, 2022. For our first year and a half in business, we worked solely off of Instagram live sales. However, we understand that many people don't have time, Instagram, etc. and we wanted to offer a more accessible option - hence our site!

 

2. instagram live sales

Our original platform of choice. We love interacting with y'all and hanging out on live stream. We get that live sales aren't for everyone, but we love our sweet little community and we think you will too! Our live sales are always themed and participants get first peeks at our newest inventory.

how it works:

  • Our live sale time/date information is always listed on our Instagram.

  • Log onto the Instagram app during one of our live sales and tap our profile photo. It will have a flashing ring around it and a "LIVE" tag if we are actively live.

  • Items are shown individually and each one has a specific sticker code. The number on the sticker is the final price unless stated otherwise. To claim the item, be the first to comment the sticker code. We select the winning claim based on the first correct comment to show on our screen. Please note that due to the differences in everyone's internet connection and Instagram's comment filtering, what appears on our screen may be different from what you see on yours.

  • Occasionally, specific instructions will be provided in order to claim special items such as bundles, gift sets, and gemfetti.

  • We do not accept putbacks or returns. Please carefully review each item's price and condition before claiming.

  • After each live sale, claims will be listed here on our site under each individual's Instagram username. Listings are posted 1-2 business days after the sale. Once they have been posted, you have 24 hours to purchase your listing before your claims are forfeited. To checkout, simply search your username and add the listing to your cart.

  • If you would like to purchase additional items from our shop, you may add them to your cart as well.

 

3. instagram feed sales

From time to time, we host Instagram feed sales on our sale account: @shopgemfatale. Feed sales are like a hybrid between shopping on our site and shopping via live sale.

how it works:

  • During the time of the feed sale, we will post photos and/or videos of each item along with their price and sticker code.

  • The item will go to the first person to comment "CLAIM" or "SOLD" or "MINE" on the post. If you would like to be added to the waitlist for an item in case the initial claim falls through, comment "NEXT" on the post. Waitlist claims will be considered in the order they are received.

  • We do not accept putbacks or returns. Please carefully review each item's price and condition before claiming.

  • After each feed sale, claims will be listed here on our site under each individual's Instagram username. Listings are posted 1-2 business days after the sale. Once they have been posted, you have 24 hours to purchase your listing before your claims are forfeited. To checkout, simply search your username and add the listing to your cart.

  • If you would like to purchase additional items from our shop, you may add them to your cart as well.

 

 

Note:

We currently offer the option to keep your box open. This is great for people who are not in a rush to receive their order and prefer to save on shipping costs by combining multiple orders. If you would like to hold off on shipping your order, use the code 'OPENBOX' at checkout. You will need to complete your purchase in order to reserve your desired items.

Once we receive your order, we will proceed to fulfill it by setting it aside for you. You will still receive an email saying it has been fulfilled/shipped, but please keep in mind that your order will not ship until shipping has been paid.

Whenever you are ready to close your box and ship, place your final order without the 'OPENBOX' code and select your desired shipping option at checkout.
